We provide fun, interactive, challenging and thought provoking bespoke training programmes through inspiring and engaging experiences. We support small, medium and large organisations in any sector.
We introduce the theory of Growth Mindset to colleagues which is simply the belief that our most basic abilities can improve, versus,
A Fixed Mindset where people believe that they have a certain amount of ability and that’s that!
Organisations who teach mindset to their leaders, managers, employees and members believe that intelligence can be cultivated. This simple ethos develops individuals who are more eager to learn, challenge themselves and have the freedom of experiment and stretch themselves resulting in a boost in performance and morale, and unleashing their potential!

What they've said about us
“As part of their graduation ceremony they were asked to do a presentation to our Senior Leaders and Group Director and one of the graduates, Stefanie Watson, spoke about the impact that the Growth Mind-set session had on her and her young son. Stefanie had recorded a video of her son, who is 14 and autistic tying his shoelaces for the very first time. She had realised after your session that after years of trying to teach her son to tie his shoelaces that both of them had a closed mind-set to the task. So using what she had learned from your session she decided to tackle it again and the video was the result of this. There was barely a dry eye in the room.”Future Leader ProgrammeDWP
“I thought the workshop with Jamie on Tuesday was just great! He came across very well, very passionate about the whole ethos behind Growth Mindset and made it really interesting. Definitely a worthwhile morning and got me thinking about how it can be used in the workplace. The simple video clip examples he used were very good examples and showed how it can work in everyday life as well as the workplace.”ManagerPerth & Kinross Council
“I really enjoyed the session and felt it was really relevant. I have just bought 2 of the recommended books and hope to look into this in more detail. Jamie was excellent and the session well pitched. I particularly liked the group tasks.”Senior OfficerDundee City Council
“I attended this workshop last week. I found it incredibly inspiring! It was fun and interactive, it really made me think about myself in a different, more positive way. I liked the fact that we worked in small groups and that everyone had the opportunity to participate in the activities, joint effort was required. This would work well in situations where some individuals are uncomfortable with participation, no-one was singled out but everyone had their small part to play in their small groups.”Manager
“The messages in the workshop were absolutely in keeping with the overall leadership message and I was inspired and motivated to get on and try things, especially in my personal life, that had written off because I didn’t have the talent for it. I also liked the idea of how to change the language we use to make it more in line with Growth Mindset.”Leadership Academy Graduate
